Mepla hinges

Hi
I have a client with a base corner cabinet housing a lazy susan. The hinges currently are Meplas. The pie cutter hinge pictured is the only one I have so I need one hinge with a mounting bracket. The other hinge articulates the first door of the 2 door configuration. I need two of these hinges. Do you have these hinges or can you provide substitutes that will work?
