Mepla "lazy susan" door hinges

Hello I have two Mepla hinges and plates for recommendations. The hinge has the following numbers; 664 261 5300 and the plate has 346 290 54/00 The doors are joined by a piano hinge and fold flat together when opened. Please evaluate and recommend your replacements.

I don't believe that we can supply an exact match for your Mpla part but it is similar to our 32-349 hinge set. Take a look and review the specifications shown on our product page to determine if you might be able to adapt this to work for your application. Thanks for posting!
