Question

Installed approximately 2003. Single hung vinyl window. Chanel 5/8 wide. 15 inches long to ends of metal.

Thanks for posting. I believe you could have either our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. I'm not sure which, though. The only difference is the size of the shoe, so you will need to carefully measure yours to confirm the better match between our two suggestions.
