Mercer Window Balance

We can assist with a replacement balance, but to further review, we will need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can see the connection point between the pulley system and the spring. From there we can determine the correct series needed. 

We will also need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
