Mercer brand channel balance

Question

Hi,

I have a broken channel balance with some string that snapped off leaving a loose spring inside the channel balance. The blue letters on the unit read 86 24-3 DB5 1208 and the metal-to-metal length measures at 25".

Please advise on the availability of this part.
