This are from 33 year old Mercer single hung vinyl windows.
If possible, I would like to replace them with stainless steel locks

The distance is 2 1/4" between screws.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your latch resembles the 90-193 for commercial sliding windows. It also has the same 2-1/4" hole spacing as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
