Mercer vinyl window channels

A handy person from Santa Rosa Ca says:
I have Mercer vinyl windows with broken lifts
I need replacement channels for
1 pair 24" window weight is aprox 19 lbs
1 pair 12" window weight is aprox 11 lbs
1 pair 15" not sure of the window weight just yet

Thanks for writing in. We can replace these balances for you, but I'm going to make several assumptions in my recommendations: 1) that each set of balances has the same nylon fittings you show in your photos. 2) That the lengths you provide for each pair of balances is the metal channel length, not including the nylon fittings themselves. 3) that the weights you provide are the exact weights. If so, you'll want our S380-24 or S385-24 with a stamp option of 2340, our S380-12 or S385-12 with a stamp option of 1140, and our S380-15 or S385-15. For this last balance pair, once you obtain the exact sash weight you can match it with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page. The only difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.
