Mercer windows balances

These are photos of the window balances I need. I need a total of 6 balances. I also need 4 of the block wedge things that attach to the top of the window. They measure just over 2 inch. The number on the balance is. 31 6 FV CMC 0. Please let me know if you need more photos. Thank you.

Thanks for your detailed photos. Start with looking into our 18-008 top sash guide as a possible match. Moving to your channel balance, see if our S385-32 channel balance could be what you're looking for.

Sure thing! Based on your old stamp of "31 6," I'd recommend the 3160 option. You can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure this is correct.
