Thanks for the additional photos. These brackets are no longer made but our 32-119 Grass Adapter Bracket Pair should work well to replace them. You'll need to make modifications to the back of the cabinet wall to install them since they install using screws, whereas yours snap into place.
This bracket pair should be compatible with your existing drawer slides.
