We are trying to locate balances for a window opening of 61 3/4 tall. I have attached pictures, but have no other info on the window. Hope you can help.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement or alternative for the balance assembly shown here. Being that this is a wood window, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork for assistance. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this repair.
