Thanks for posting! The channel balance you are replacing is an Extended-Travel Channel Balance and the replacements will need to be custom assemblies. To ensure we are providing your with the correct balance for your window repair, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged hook/clip attached to the balance shoe.

Please also confirm the exact number of balances you would like to purchase; there is an quantity minimum of two balances for custom orders.
