These came originally with the door installed in the house. The wheels and housing are metal. Didn't see any names or markings.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 81-018. This looks similar to your old one. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.

Please note that we don't sell the top cap your old roller has so you'll have to reuse it.
