Metal Glass Door Replacement Rollers

Question

Hi- I have a sliding glass, patio door that has been in my house since it was built in 1981. The door is really grinding at this point. I cannot find the exact roller replacement anywhere. However, my door has 1 1/2' rollers (they're metal). I've found similar ones with the 'u' shape notch in the top, but not the rectangular 'notch' under the adjustment screw. The only identifying marks on the slider are what looks to be "Bel Window Seattle L7" stamped on the inside of the door and "Guardian" on the window, but I think that's just for the glass. The stamp COULD be 'DEL Window Seattle E7' but I think if you look very closely some of the text is scratched enough where it affects the readability. I looked online for both Del Window and Bel Window- couldn't find a thing. See the attached image. I tried replacing this before by frankensteining the old wheel holder with a new 1 1/2 wheel. Temporary fix but it's now back to making a pretty bad noise when opening. It opens ok, but it's not smooth and very noisy.

Any suggestions on roller parts or where to find the door maker? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I understand what you're saying. We may be able to find something like you describe, but I'd like a photo of your original roller out of the door so that we can confirm. If you can show it to us just like how we show the 81-093 on its store page, that would be great. I would also like its relative dimensions compared to the 81-093.

My hope is that there will be a subtle clue that will allow us to zero in on exactly what can be used to replace your part. Thank you!
