I would like this in metal versus the plastic one that was provided by American Craftsman provided for their 70 Series Hopper.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? That should help us determine if we have a comparable match.

The distance between the two installation holes is 1 1/2". In addition to the metal handle I would also like for the insert to be metal.

The current plastic insert has the following dimensions:

Outside:
3 1/8" long by 3/4" wide by 7/16" deep

Inside:
2 15/16" long by 3/4" wide by 7/16" deep

Thank you kindly! The 38-064 and 38-065 are of a similar style and measure 1-1/2" on the installation hole centers. Take a look at the specifications and see how they align with yours.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a match for the keeper. The 38-108 is compatible with these locks but we aren't sure it would work for you. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
