Thank you for your post. Based on what I am able to see, it seems your pivot shoe is cracked and need to be replaced. Our 15-180 should work. Your double support clip looks fine, but I am not sure if your nylon bushing is missing. If it is, the 15-182 is a match. Your broken coil springs will need to be replaced with our Series 190. There should be a number stamped on the balance near the screw hole. This tells us the weight of your sash. We will need that number to tell you which spring will work best for you. For right now, I believe you can just order the replacement parts for the side of the window with the issue.
