Hello. Looking for any idea how to find replacement part for this window part? I am able to swap out with existing/functioning window, but may eventually run out of options. The twine snaps on these and makes window inoperable. Contractor told me I would need to replace the whole window which seems crazy since this part is easily installed, if I can just get a spare, or was able to retie the twine with proper tension.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Location of this part is on either side of window. They are able to be removed when tab on frame is extended (as pictured). Otherwise, they are within a channel on both side of the moveable window pane.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order. Please note that the minimum order is two balances to make sure that both sides of the sash are evenly supported.
