Metal armoire concealed door hinge

This Mepla hinge is 4" long when fully extended. The body of the hinge that sits on the door is half inch deep and the screw holes roughly one and7/8" apart on center. "41 M" is stamped on the reverse side

The tail of the hinge attaches to the armoire sits on a plate.

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact match for this hinge, but see our 32-340 or 32-349. Compare these hinges with your old hardware and let me know if you think one of these might work for you.
