Hello! The bracket itself looks like our 21-214 top bracket, though you should confirm that the dimensions all match up. We also sell the 23-020 bottom bracket if you needed that.

We unfortunately do not sell a replacement for the track, just the brackets. I apologize for the inconvenience.
