Hello! It sounds like you need replacement pins. We offer a wide selection of different pins, which you can see here. Unfortunately, I can't narrow it down much further than that without more specific information.

For now, I recommend browsing through our section to see if you can find a match for your existing hardware. If you can't, or if you aren't sure, then you'll have to remove each pin you want to replace from the door and show us photos of them by themselves and without obstruction. We will also need detailed dimensions, especially the diameter of the pin and the diameter of the top nylon cap.
