Metal bifold door track and pin replacement

I have a 3ft metal bifold door and would like to replace the top and bottom track and 4 pins. Based on the attache photos what would you recommend

Based on this picture, I would recommend two 21-401 (3') tracks, as well as one 21-002 and and three 21-007 pins for your door.
