Metal casement window hardware

A home owner from Pittsburgh Pa says:
The crank is worn and screws that hold it to window frame are stripped. It looks like the window Dyad crank on your website that has 83/4 lever arm but the lever arm on this crank is 41/2 inches. Attachment holes are 5 inches apart like the Dyad. I need both a right and left crank. Do you have a part that will fit

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This is our 39-090 operator . I'm not sure what a lever arm is. Do they mean the link arm? Ours is 5", not 4-1/2", but it may still work regardless.

If not, you'll have to swap the link arms out. You can do this by drilling them off, then installing the old arm on the new operator using our 62-014
