Metal clad, inward opening 1.750 wide exterior door and threshold need new seals

Hi, I hope you can help. I can't find manufacturer's markings on this door. Outside screen door has K/K hardware. Handle assembly is K/K with HOPPE locking mechanism. Bottom of door holding seals is plastic or hard rubber. Odd profile. Seal in extruded threshold appears to be an inverted "V" profile with a tubular spline that pushes into the extrusion. It has hardened and has curved away from the threshold. I could fix this puppy if I could find the parts. Any Ideas? Winter is coming! (sorry) And Thank You much for any assistance you can give.

Thanks for choosing SWISCO, Skip. Unfortunately, we aren't going to have this exact sweep. Our 58-176 may be your best bet. It just wraps around the bottom of the door and installs on the sides with screws. Would that work for you? Compare the measurements from the site to your part before you make a choice.
