We may have a replacement sweep for you. Before we can recommend a replacement, can you tell me the distance between the two kerfs?

There are no kerfs ... it's a metal door ... this sweep just snaps in... unlike a door with kerfs that you push in a trim piece with fur tree type attachments.

Ah, I see. I thought those two prongs on top were just damaged kerfs. If that's the case, we may not have anything that can replace this. None of our sweeps operate quite the same way as you describe. The only thing we have that may work is something like our 58-176, which just wraps around the bottom of the door and installs on the sides using screws. Could you possibly use this?
