Metal door weatherstripping

I have two different steel doors in my home with similar weatherstripping that needs to be replaced.

36" STANLEY DOOR:

Magnetic weatherstrip on top and latch side of door
base extension: 3/8"
height (distance on other side of base extension): 1/2"
width (distance perpendicular to base extension): 3/8"

non-magnetic weatherstrip at hinge side of door
base extension: 3/8"
height: 7/16"
width: 7/16"


32" TAYLOR DOOR:

Magnetic weatherstrip on top and latch side of door
base extension: 3/8"
height: 9/16"
width: 7/16"

non-magnetic weatherstrip at hinge side of door
base extension: 3/8"
height: 5/8"
width: 1/2"
