Metal frame casement window operator

I live in Florida. The house is CMU built in the late 1940s. A lot of the windows are painted shut but Im trying to make them operable one by one. I think this will match 39-001, but I'd like to be sure. Will the part need additional finishing to account for the moisture down here? Thanks for your help!!
