Metal insert to t-lock balance open cam

Metal insert (from window frame corner) to t-lock balance open cam

17-084 PN

This looks like the metal tab that is rusted beyond recognition in the corners of my sash frames and which fit into the t-lock cam device on the end of the balance.

Have you got a replacement or work around?.
