My window will not stay up. I found the metal on both sides of the window are broken on the left and right sides
I bought reliabilt windows in 2008 Could be the 5600 series but not sure. I need the left and right sides to fix I enclosed pics

Hello! It sounds like you need coil balances. We sell a ton of varieties and I'm confident that we can supply you with the parts you need, based on your photos here. However before I say anything for sure I'd like a clearer shot of the pivot shoe, which is currently obscured by your sash.
Would you be able to remove your sash and show me an unobscured shot of the pivot shoe? You may also want to remove the assembly now and write down any markings you see on the springs or casing. You'll have to do that before you place an order anyway, so it's just a matter of when you want to get that out of the way.
