Hello,

If you're looking for the glazing seal that holds the sash in place, we would need to see a side profile photo of the seal removed from the sash. We'll relate a video to assist you. 

If you need part of the window frame repaced, that would be specific to the manufacturer and is not something that we'd be able to assist with. Thanks for posting!
