Hello,
I need help identifying a part on my MI window. The metal part in the photo is part of the window that slides into the counter balance. However, it broke and now the window will not stay up. The counter balance coils seem fine, just the window will not lock into counter balance on one side. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash? It'd also be helpful if we could see the pivot shoe.

I'm pretty sure that the part I need is the tilt window sash pivot pin 3 inch, but you would probably know better than I do. Thank you again!

No worries at all, Greg! Thank you for these photos. They're a great help. Take a look at the 26-360 pivot bar. We believe this pivot bar should work for you but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
