Metal piece / knob

A home owner from New hampahire says:
The metal piece on the side of the window that slips into the metal groove of the guide part that slides the window up and down got twisted and broke on both sides. Is this part possible? Thank you.

I'd recommend removing an undamaged pivot bar and comparing the specifications to our 26-164 set. Thanks for posting!
