Do you have the small plastic part that goes into the wood window frame that receives the screen plunger to secure the screen

It sounds like you're referring to the grommet. We did sell a grommet for our plunger pins at one time, but it was discontinued around 6 years ago. To my knowledge the manufacturer never made an alternative, unfortunately. Most screen makers are moving away from that design for modern windows.
