I Just bought a house and have a vinly window that isn't sitting properly. Upon further inspection, I realized that one of the metal clips that should be on both sides of the lower portion of my window was missing. Please let me know if you carry this part. Thanks!

It's hard to say which balance Series you need. The end pieces lead me to believe you have a Series 380 or Series 385 balance, but I need to know how wide the bottom shoe is, and I need you to check the metal channel for a stamped code. Measure the shoe width as shown below. A 1" shoe corresponds to Series 380 and a 1-3/32" shoe corresponds to Series 385. After that, the stamp will tell us how long the balance needs to be and which "stamp option" you need.

"23 4" refers to a 24" balance and a 2340 stamp option.

You never measured the bottom attachment to identify the Series. Once you do that, use the information we identified previously in the discussion to place your order online. The measurement you need is shown below, to be clear. The smaller shoe is Series 380 and the larger shoe is Series 385 .
