Metal window counter balance

A handy person from Arizona says:
This is a 29" long spring lift. 29" is the length of the metal part only.
Metal part dimensions are approximately 5/8" square.

Thanks for writing in. This looks like either our S351-29 or S390-29 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will then need to select a stamp option. If there is no stamp code on the metal channel, please weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.

A handy person from Arizona says:
The depth of the bottom piece appears to be 1".
The stamped code on the metal is:
28 3 ED CALDWELL

Ok great. The stamp option you want to go with that corresponds with yours is our 2830.

A handy person from Arizona says:
So just to be sure:
It looks like I need to order the
S 351-29 2830
If the depth of the bottom piece is 1".
If that is correct I'll look into how to place the order. Thanks.
