Metal window lift

All of our plastic lifts are breaking. In fact, my wife just cut her finger while opening the one in the picture. We need to replace all of our lifts preferably with something stronger than plastic. The lift measures 2 7/8" long and the gap between the holes is 2". Do you offer a replacement? Thanks, Stan
