Mi Casement Window Crank Handle and Cover

A contractor from Florida says:
Im looking for the correct cover and crank handle for this Mi casement window. The window is only a year or two old. I have some other casement windows that use crank handle and cover part number 39-376, but this one window has a different crank. Is this something you recognize?

Thanks,
Kaleb

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see photos of the operator arms that attach to the sash frame, which allows the window to open and close. Once we identify the operator that you have, that will help us determine which handle and cover options would be compatible. Thank you!

A contractor from Florida says:
Hey Casey, sorry for the delayed response. Attached are the requested photos.

Thanks,
Kaleb

Thanks for getting back to us. The operator shown in your photos resembles an Encore-style assembly. The determining factor would be the end fitting that attaches the long arm to the sash. Look over the video below to confirm the correct match. Note that both operator pairs are used with the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers. Since your spline is on the right side of the base, you'd need the 39-375

A contractor from Florida says:
I have tried the 39-375 cover, it is too small for the operator.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Casey passed along your photos and, unforutnately, we do not have the cover to fit your operator shown in your photos. Though your assembly is a similar style to the Encore operators that Casey mentioned, the base is a rounder shape, which prevents the 39-375 from attaching. Our parts may still work but you'll need to see if you can replace the entire operator with the 39-253LB, along with the tracks and mounting brackets shown on this page. Take a look at the videos related on this page as well to help you through the process.
