Mi Window Replacement Camlocks

Question

I have the Mi Windows BetterBilt Collection 740 windows. Mi Windows referred me to your company to see about getting replacement camlocks as they no longer sell them. I had bought some from them previously. Their invoice called them BB740 Aluminum SH 740, White Finish. They measure 2 7/8" long X 3/4" deep (approx.) Do you have these? If so, how much are they?
