Mi Windows Series S-3500

Our house hit the one year mark for our new house so warranty does not cover the windows. These two parts ended up springing out and uncoiling, making the window unable to open or stay open. Does anyone know what parts I need to purchase?

Take a look at our Series 161 Coil balance. Compare our dimensions to your current hardware to see if this matches up for what you need.
