I do repair work for a condominium built in the mid 1990's to early 2000's balance shoes are succumbing to age and plastic becomes brittle subject to breaking.
Can you assist me in identifying the make of window and perhaps supplying us with parts.

Hmm...It is hard to make out which pivot shoe has been used with the broken pieces you show. May we see some photos of another pivot shoe that is not broken along with the window balance this shoe is attached to?
