Mid Continent Cabinetry

I have Mid Continent Cabinetry soft close drawers approximately 15 years old.
I am trying to locate the under mount hardware shown in the photo. It measures approximately 3 1/8 by 2 1/8. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at the 32-354 Tandem Locking Device set. See if you think this could work as a substitute. Also consider the 32-336.
