Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like the top and bottom fittings of the balance are wingless. With that in mind, my recommendation would be the S351-21 or S390-21 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.

The 18-008 and 18-008H come to mind for the top sash guide. I recommend you compare our specifications with an undamaged version to see which one aligns with yours.
