Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. The stamp given here isn't a part number so we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged and complete balance from the window? We'd like to see close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings specifically.

Thank you! Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. I apologize for not asking that before!

Thank you kindly! Based on what I see here, it looks like you could have the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance with the 2640 stamp option. The best match will depend on the bottom shoe's depth so you'll have to measure as shown below.

In that case, you'd want the S385-27. You can select the 2640 stamp option for your replacements based on your original stamp.
