Looking for this sliding glass door lock and how to get it out of the door frame ?

Please see our 82-032 handle set and 82-218 mortise lock. I think these could work for you. You should be able to just unscrew the handle set to remove it. For the mortise lock, see the video below. These can be a little trickier.
