I have at least two windows, Milestone Single hung Series 1000, that have broken channel balance parts. I need to get these parts asap. Please send info.

Arnett, welcome to SWISCO! Unfortunately, it is not possible to identify balances by the window series. I see that you placed an order for some balances, though. If you'd like us to check what you ordered, send some photos of your balances.
