Hi,I have a client with a couple of "Milestone Single Hung Series 1000" window's that are missing tracks and so they won't stay open. Can anyone guide me in the right direction in terms of where I might be able to buy these parts? Thank you.

Great question. We have known most Milestone Hung Series 1000 windows to use the Series 380 channel balances. Before we can recommend a SWISCO product code, we will need to know the length and spring code stamped on the metal balance.
