I am looking to purchase 2 of these window balances, the overall length of the balance is 18 inches & on the balance it reads (USB-16A), thank you

Thanks for contacting us. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 17" long, not 18". If so, I recommend our S380-17 channel balance.
