It appears that your window uses channel balances. To further review, we will need to see an undamaged version where we can see the top attachment as it is missing from the balance. Please also confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments and the number stamped the balance. From there we can determine the series your window uses. Thank you!
