Milgard 26 4 Caldwell replacement channel balances

Hi I need a replacement for this channel balance; from a Milgard window stamped with 26 4 Caldwell. It is 28" long and 1/2" (or maybe 9/16") wide.

Thanks for posting! I believe you could have either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the size of the bottom nylon fitting, specifically its depth. You'll have to measure yours to confirm the better option between my two suggestions.
