Hello, can you conform I need S385-27 2650 based on the attached photos and stampings?
The width of the bottom show perpendicular to the window sash is 1 and 3/32 as in the picture on the website. The length of the metal along the side of the balance is 27" as in the picture on the website. I attached other photos of my actual balance. Thanks!

I should mention the window weights 27 lbs. The dimensions seem the match the attached photos from the website.

sorry, my scale had an offset, so the window actually weighs 24 lbs. So please confirm I'd order S385-27 2640. Thanks!

It sounds like you did everything correctly. You identified a replacement balance, you measured the depth of your bottom shoe, and you even weighed your sash. I feel good about you replacing your balance with our S385-27. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-004 bottom balance shoe. You can go with the 2640 option that supports a sash weight of 19-26 pounds. So, it sounds like you're good to go. Great job!
