Milgard 27" Series 800 Channel Balance with stamp 26 4 IO Caldwell

I need to replace a broken Channel Balance and I believe your product number is S800-27 is thee right replacement, but the stamp options do not seem to match. The Stamp on the old Channel Balance say: 26 4 IO Caldwell. Can you confirm what part I need?

I'm not sure what you have. With a stamp like 26 4, I don't think the Series 800 is right. How wide is the metal channel? Is it 1/2", or 3/8" like the Series 800? If it's 1/2", browse through this section to find a better match.
