Milgard Aluminum Window Vinyl Glazing Bead

Home Owner from Coachella Valley
I have some 1995 Milgard aluminum windows that need some of the vinyl glazing beads replaced.

Enclosed is a photo of the bead from several angles and one with the bead dimensions as well as a photo of the installed bead.

I would appreciate your help in getting the right bead for these windows.

Thanks

The closest we were able to find to your Milgard snap-in is the 55-080 glazing bead, but unfortunately, the vinyl extruder only makes it in white. Between the color and the measurements, see if this could possibly salvage your window.

I'd say you exceeded the serviceable life of those windows. Curious, sure appears to be significant corrosion, are you in an extremely salty (air) environment or subject to sea spray? It may simply be time to replace with retrofit windows. Pretty sure you can find some good YOUTUBE vids on the process, if so inclined. If your siding is stucco, the process is a bit trickier ... less forgiving, more easily damaged. There are basically two methods ... hack-out (skill saw) or frame collapsing tool (special).
